Creative Problem Solving
A problem solving approach for groups to identify and resolve problem issue in the workplace. Participants are taken through the stages of a systematic problem solving process and introduced to appropriate techniques to apply at various stages in the process. The process examines ways of identification of the problem, analysing problems, gathering data, generating ideas, developing solutions and presenting proposals.

Process Skills for "Getting Things Done"
Individual and team "process skills" for effective working, co-operation and communication.
An activity task based experience in which participants work in small groups to perform a number of tasks. The outcome and process are reviewed at the end of each task and skills to improve work are developed. Participants use “POP-IT” methodology in order to develop a systematic way of working.
- P - Establish the purpose of the task. Why is the task being done? In order to... So that...
- O - Establish the desired outcome that will be achieved when the task is completed
- P - Determine the profile of the outcome. What are the standards? How will you measure success?
- I – Establish what information is required; what is known and what is needed.
- T – Establish all of the sub tasks to be done, and the timing in order to achieve the desired outcome.

Creative Teamwork
An activity task based experience in which participants work in leaderless teams to perform a variety of tasks to meet designated criteria. The teams use the “POP-IT” methodology, and learn how to develop process plans for working together, and so develop effective teamwork.
A three-day programme.
Leadership Skills Development
An activity task based experience in which participants rotate the leadership of the group in order to perform tasks. Each participant has the opportunity to lead two different types of task and experience different leadership situations. Leaders are encouraged to use the “POP-IT” methodology in order to lead teams to successful completion of tasks. A two-day programme (if participants have already undertaken Creative Teamwork).
Managing Teams and Projects
An activity task based experience with a large group in which resources are managed to tackle several on-going tasks which participants have to achieve to meet set deadlines. Participants are divided into a small management team and a number of task teams. The purpose of the management team is to allocate resources and team leaders in order to complete tasks to certain standards and deadlines, on time. Constraints are imposed on the management and task teams to simulate “real difficulties” encountered in the workplace. A three-day programme (if participants have already undertaken Creative Teamwork).
